It means that the solid brass rivets and hardware I use to hold your piece together will keep holding it together for years and years to come, and the Full-Grain Vegetable Tanned Leather sourced from the top tannery, will keep going strong for the long haul.
When you purchase from my shop you are making an investment in a piece that is rugged and built to last. Every item in the shop is handcrafted and checked along the way for consistency and quality.
If you ever have a problem with your piece due to a material defect or defective craftsmanship, then under my guarantee you can get in touch with me email@example.com and I will fix or remake your item as I see fit.
Custom orders taken on by my workshop are built to be as durable as possible. However because of the nature of custom requests suiting the customer, the Guarantee depends on the construction required and the leather chosen for commissioning that product.
The warranty applies to all leather goods as marked and is specific to material defects or defects found in the craftsmanship of the product. It does not apply to improper use, washing, loss, wear and tear or any other situation regarding the product. The Guarantee assumes that you have been regularly conditioning the item to keep the product in good shape. If you believe an item purchased from indian leather craft shows a material defect within the 1 years of purchase, please get in touch via email and send photos of the defect. We may then offer to repair the product free of charge providing the customer pays shipping to and from indian leather craft workshop.
