Handmade olive green leather strap

Hi.
You have received exactly what is shown on the website. you ordered a custom made strap which was selected from the various leather color options shown. All straps are handmade from using the same hide in small batches. Handmade and hand stitched leather good are unique and a work of art. since they are made from the natural hides sometimes the concentration of the grain properties on the particular part of the hide in which the product is crafted is more compared to the other parts as a result certain parts of the leather gets a darker color tone during the tanning process which is absolutely natural.hence the dark and light tone on the hide which speaks about the authenticity of the leather and makes it unique.i do agree there may be a slight variation in the color due to camera lightning which is a universal known fact but i would strongly disagree that a different coloured strap was sent.The very thought of doing this never crossed my mind let alone doing it.
you ordered a custom made strap as per your required wrist size which take time and efforts to make. custom made orders do not qualify for return of exchange as mentioned in return and refund policy.
